Own an iPhone but still not sure about all its little tricks and features? Well Apple has very kindly come up with a new way to combat your lack of in-depth iOS knowledge.
The company has launched an official Apple Support Twitter account which will dish out tips, tutorials and handy updates on all of Apple's products.
As well as helping with individual customer problems the account will also start tweeting out helpful tips and tricks for the iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch.
The first tip? Notes on iOS.
Apple has a number of Twitter accounts but this is the first time the company has actively decided to use Twitter as a platform to directly engage with its customers.
