Cate Blanchett went all out in a Proenza Schouler dress, but was this verging on demolition style mode for Elle's 19th Celebration of Women in Hollywood? We a love big, bold print, but a dress emblazoned with a man climbing a ladder is not exactly easy to pull off in a red carpet situation. Still, risk-taker Cate carries off the builder dress perfectly with Roger Vivier shoes and clutch. And while we do prefer Mary Katrantzou's quirky typewriter and topiary prints to Proenza's hard-hatted men, we do think geometric builder print is a brilliant bit of red carpet fun.
