An assistant head teacher from an Essex school will face an investigation after posting a series of foul mouthed messages on Twitter.
Charlotte Berry, 42, has now closed her 'talktoteens' Twitter account which had 528 followers. On it, she referred to herself as a "lazy sl*t", put the male members of staff at her school in a ranking "s****ing order" and repeatedly littered her feed with the F word.
One message she posted suggested she knew her account was followed by pupils from her school as she wrote: "Traffic is preventing me from being at my only lesson. Get on with coursework if you're listening. And get me a Yorkie."
The governors at The Billericay School are now investigating Mrs Berry's actions.
The school's head Sue Hammond said: "The Twitter account appears to have been taken out of context."
