Australia's biggest snake - Atomic Betty - has tipped the scales at 137kg at her annual weigh in today.
The reticulated python, who measures 6.5metres, was put on a diet last year after her weight hit 135kg.
Keepers at the Australian Reptile Park in Gosford were relieved she had only put on 2kg in 12 months - particularly as it took six of them to bag the man-eater.
Atomic Betty, who has the ability to crash a man to death and swallow him whole, had her diet of goats cut down after fears she was becoming too plump.
Operations manager Tim Faulkner said: "This year she only had about three or four goats as opposed to maybe 10 because she was getting a little bit too round rather than getting longer."
The giant snake is capable of swallowing a goat an hour, although they take around a week to digest.
