Kids who turn their noses up at avocado in salads or sandwiches, may find it more appealing when combined with cream and sugar to make a refreshing ice cream.
"I know it sounds a bit strange, but trust me it tastes good," says 'Toddler chef' Fiona Faulkner. "And best of all you don\'t need an ice cream maker to make it!"
What's more, Fiona's recipe contains no eggs, making it a great dessert option for children with an egg allergy.
