Ouch.
Baby Jasleen was born weighing a whopping 13lb, 4oz, measuring a staggering 57cm. She was delivered naturally by a (very brave!) mum in Germany who had undiagnosed gestational diabetes.
Jasleen is officially Germany's biggest newborn baby - a record previously held by a not-so-little boy called Jihad, who was born in Berlin in 2011 weighing 13lbs.
Jasleen and her mum are both said to be doing well, but the new arrival is still in the neonatal care unit at University Hospital in Leipzig where she is being monitored.
