It's a tale of two dramas in the nominations list for the BAFTA TV Craft Awards' for 2014.

'Peaky Blinders' - Steven Knight's raw, visceral tale of inter-war thuggery set in Birmingham and based on his family's own history - is leading the field with six nominations, closely followed by last year's biggest hit 'Broadchurch' on five.

'Peaky Blinders', starring Cillian Murphy and Helen McCrory, last week walked off with the Royal Television Society's gong for Best Drama, but it was the murder mystery set on England's south-west coast that pulled in the viewers last year.

Channel 4's 'Utopia' has secured four nominations.

'Episodes' star Steven Mangan will be hosting the awards, taking place on 27 April in London.

Nominations for both the British Academy Television Awards and the Radio Times Audience Award will be announced on Monday 7 April.
