Stars are right now being zipped into their frocks and tuxedos for the biggest night in the British film calendar.
Names for the BAFTA Awards red carpet include such luminaries as Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper and Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon and Michael Fassbender, Ron Howard and Sandra Bullock, Steve McQueen and Tom Hanks.
So the A-list glamour factor is assured, but who are the favourites to win the unsmiling gold faces? Here's the most recent assessment of what the bookies think, before the gold envelopes are handed out...
Best actor - The bookies (data courtesy of EasyOdds.com) all seem to agree that '12 Years A Slave' lead Chiwetel Ejiofor is almost a dead cert to take home the award, with odds of 1/10. Christian Bale for 'American Hustle' is the outsider here at 33/1.
His co-star Lupita Nyong'o also the favourite for Best Supporting Actress, with Jennifer Lawrence for 'American Hustle' her nearest rival. AND Michael Fassbender is favourite for Best Supporting Actor.
In addition, '12 Years A Slave' is also a shoo-in for Best Film according to William Hill and Co, with very short odds of 1/6. 'Gravity' is the closest here, with 'Captain Phillips' the outsider.
Steve McQueen's slavery biopic has been the favourite for this category since the nominations were first announced, opening at 1/3 and now shortened to 1/6.
If anybody's to stop the film making a clean sweep, according to the bookies, it is Alfonso Cuaron's efforts on 'Gravity' that have earned him favourite place with the bookies at 11/20 in the Best Director category, with Steve McQueen coming in behind him.
Cate Blanchett is favourite to win Best Actress for Woody Allen's 'Blue Jasmine', with Dame Judi coming in second for 'Philomena'. Fellow Brit Emma Thompson is the outsider in this shortlist.
