The Maccabi Tel Aviv player missed an open goal from three yards whilst playing Ironi Ramat Hasharon in the Israeli State Cup.
Despite the keeper being nowhere to be seen he still manages to hit the crossbar.
Fortunately for Itzhaki the rest of the match wasn't a total disaster and his team won 3-1.
