The theories as to why Beyoncé's sister Solange reportedly attacked her husband Jay Z continue, but according to one report at least, it was because the music mogul said he was going to attend a party thrown by Rihanna.
The New York Daily News are reporting that Solange lashed out at Jay Z in the lift of The Standard hotel in New York after he said he was heading to Rihanna's Met Ball bash without either Beyoncé or Solange.

According to the source, Solange said: ‘Why can't you go home?' telling Beyoncé 'Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?'"
But Jay-Z replied: 'You're one to talk', which then sent Solange into a rage and the altercation in the lift broke out.
The rapper was also reportedly irritated that Solange was rubbing people up the wrong way at the bash and that two of her friends were allegedly using his name to get into the party.
A source told The Sun: “Jay Z was biting his tongue all night as he watched Solange in action.
“At one point he was speaking to Hugh Jackman but couldn’t take his eyes off her.
“Before they got into the lift, he said a couple of things to her and she didn’t take kindly to it.”
Solange has previously said in interviews that she likes to stir things up, attributing it to her ADHD.
"People think I’m high even when I’m sober,” Solange said.
“I tell lies. Not proper lies, just little lies. I started telling them — jokes I should call them — when I was young."
