A teenager has been charged with the murder of sisters Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman, whose bodies were found in a park in Wembley.

Danyal Hussein, 18, of Guy Barnett Grove in south-east London, was charged with the murder of the two women, plus the possession of an offensive weapon.

Met Police said the man was arrested at his home on Wednesday, before being charged.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, officers said.

North West BCU Commander Roy Smith said: “I would like to thank the local community for their support both with the investigation and the police activity at and around the scene.”

Officers will remain on patrol in the local area “providing continued reassurance”, he added.

The bodies of sisters Nicole Smallman, 27, and 46-year-old Bibaa Henry were discovered in Fryent Park on June 7.

Enquiries by police established that they died in the early hours of Saturday, 6 June.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death for both women as stab wounds.
