WHAT: Despite being young, beautiful and having labels from Chanel to Gucci begging to dress her, this Gossip Girl has a tendency to go overexposed on the red carpet, which is why seeing her assets fully covered up is always a good start.
But then we looked at the gown - from Zuhair Murad - in all its strapless, embellished, curve-accentuating Old Hollywood glory, and the tumbling Veronica Lake curls and the red pout and vampy nails and realised this is probably one of Blake's best-ever red carpet looks to date, and she's really selling this 40s starlet vibe.
