Boy Eats World's Hottest Pepper And Genuinely Thinks He's Going To Die

The Naga bhut jolokia ghost chilli pepper was once the hottest in the world - until some people who presumably lack tongues bred some even spicier ones.

The popularity of things like this has led to the invention of the Ghost Pepper Challenge, where people film themselves going through the fiery torture for the enjoyment of others.

It can range from 855,000 to 1,041,000 on the Scoville Scale, which is used to measure the spiciness of food. That's up to 400 times hotter than a jalapeño.

The ghost chilli is so hot, it can theoretically kill you. So that's probably why this little kid decided to only eat a small piece rather than the full pepper with seeds and all.

Presumably scoffing the Scoville-topping pepper in a school toilet, the boy starts to scream "I'm gonna die!" and probably sets himself up for a really rough afternoon of Maths lessons.

We can't imagine how he would've reacted if he'd eaten the whole pepper - the truly spicy bit is the seeds and the membrane inside, and he seems to have only put back a small piece of the skin.
