It's not surprising Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie chose to get married at their home in southern France. The 1000-acre Château Miraval vineyard estate in the ancient town of Correns is a dream wedding venue.
It's thought the couple tied the knot at a chapel in the grounds of the estate with their six children and closest family and friends in attendance.
Brad and Angelina first visited the château in 2008 before they bought the property in 2012 for a reported $60 million (£37 million) in 2012.
The Daily Mail reports the property boasts a moat, a spa, two gyms, a swimming pool, a lake, a forest and a vineyard from which the couple produce "internationally-acclaimed wines."
Last month a source told E! News how Brad and Angelina had always planned to marry there.
"It is where the children and they are at their happiest," the source said. "Initially, when they bought the house they thought the renovations would take six months but in the end they took two and a half years. But there was never a question of this ceremony taking place anywhere else."
However, latest reports suggest the wedding was a very private affair. A source revealed to Us Weekly, "Everyone is happy for them. It was small and family and friends only, just like they wanted. I'm happy they pulled it off. We all consider them married anyway, but now it's official."
A spokesperson also revealed the couple's sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, walked their mother down the aisle, while daughter Shiloh, 8, and son Knox, 6, acted as ring bearers. Daughters Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, were flower girls.
