A British man has reportedly been stabbed to death on the Greek island of Crete.
The victim, who has not yet been named, is believed to be around 20-years-old and died in the town of Malia, a notorious party destination.
Reports claim the was stabbed in the chest outside a bar in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
A Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) spokesman said: "We can confirm the death of a British national in Malia, Greece on July 23.
"We stand ready to provide consular assistance to the family."
