Rapper Cassper Nyovest and gospel artist Dr Tumisang Makweya will both go down in history not only as the first black South African artists to fill up The Dome, but also as two of the most daring artists the country has seen.

Cassper, real name Refiloe Phoolo filled the 20,000 capacity venue for his hip hop concert in 2015 while on Sunday, Makweya known otherwise by his stage name, Dr Tumi, followed suit for his Gathering of Worshipers which saw people coming together from across the African continent to attend.

In the lead up to his concert which he dubbed, #FillUpTheDomeForJesus, Makweya said he often consulted with Phoolo for tips on how he had planned for his show back in 2015.

On Wednesday, Makweya, who is also a medical doctor, took to Twitter to thank Phoolo, sharing one of the sweetest messages we've seen in a while between celebs.

And then there was Cassper's response:

Come December 2, the Tito Mboweni hitmaker will attempt to fill up the FNB stadium with 75,000 people.

To Cassper and Dr Tumi, we cannot thank you enough for your dream and for daring to achieve what seems impossible.

Group hug, anyone?
