DESIGNER: Miuccia Prada

INSPIRATION: Forties heroine meets 80s power princess.

ACCESSORIES: Horse riding hat-style caps, gorgeous coloured sunglasses, and to-die-for brightly-hued, sparkly shoe boots.

TOP LOOKS: There were some beautiful examples of eveningwear, with chic pencil dresses in stunning floral prints adorned with sequins and sexed up with cut out backs heading down the runway. We also fell in love with the colour block bright coats.

WHO WAS THERE: The front row was a honeypot for young Hollywood, made up of queen bees like Ginnifer Goodwin, Mila Kunis, Hailee Steinfeld, Jennifer Lawrence, and Julia Restoin Roitfeld.

WHAT WE THOUGHT: Miuccia Prada is obviously keen to inject a playful mix of colour and femininity into winter. We fell for everything, from the soft yet bold-shouldered 80s-inspired colour-block coats; the Hitchcock heroine-style pencil skirts and billowing blouses; the fluid floral dresses with a hint of the Orient; and last, but definitely not least, the shimmering shoe boots in a host of candy colours that gave every look a real kick. Can we have the whole collection, please?
