Get ready for some drunken shenanigans, fiery rows and star-studded showmances, because a new series of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ is just around the corner.
As we speak, Channel 5 bosses are currently trying to nail down this year’s celebrity line-up, with a host of stars already being tipped to be taking part in the forthcoming new series.
The new batch of housemates have their work cut out for them in topping the most recent series, which was undeniably among the most controversial ever.
In the lead-up to Scotty T’s victory, viewers followed the ups and downs of Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell’s budding relationship, as well as seeing Danniella Westbrook and Christopher Maloney putting their real-life drama aside to coexist in the house.
There was also plenty of drama courtesy of American reality star Tiffany Pollard, who provided one of the most memorable moments in ‘CBB’ history when she was misinformed about the death of David Bowie.
The series also saw a whopping three housemates walk as the weeks rolled on, with Jonathan Cheban, Angie Bowie and David Gest all ultimately opting to leave the show via the back door.
So far the rumoured line-up for this summer boasts international rap artists, home-grown comedians, and chart-topping pop acts (not to mention a couple of potential contestants only the most avid followers of reality television will recognise, as has become the tradition when it comes to ‘CBB’).
