Farrah Abraham has confirmed that she intends to sue Janice Dickinson for injuries she alleges were caused in the brawl that took place on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spin-off ‘Bit On The Side’ last week.

The ‘Teen Mom’ star, who was given a police caution over her role in the fight, is launching legal proceedings against her former housemate, claiming she suffered injuries to her neck and back when Janice allegedly threw a chair at her.

A spokeswoman for the police explained: "Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22.

"As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault.

“Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."

The brawl happened on 'CBBBOTS' on Tuesday night

Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace could still face action over her involvement, as Farrah previously said she would be pressing charges against her, claiming the ‘BB7’ “attacked her twice” during the row.

Aisleyne previously denied that she threw any glass, admitting she only threw champagne at Farrah.

“I take full responsibility that I did throw half a glass of champagne towards her,” she said.

“In retrospect I should have realised that she is so unstable... I thought she was going to throw the champagne back at me, which I could have dealt with. To actually pick up glasses and direct them and aim them to try and cut my face…”

Vicki and Aisleyne were also caught up in the row

‘Allo Allo’ actress Vicki Michelle, who was also on the panel at the time, wanted to press charges against Farrah, who she said “could have blinded her” in the brawl, by catching her in the crossfire of throwing a glass.

However, Farrah only received a caution for common assault, having claimed police had no charges to press.

"In regards to Vicki pressing charges against me, I can confirm I was neither arrested nor convicted of anything,” she explained.

“To clear my name, of my own free will, I explained to the police what really happened with Vicki. They looked over the ‘BBBOTS’ video footage in detail and said no crime had been committed and therefore no charges were made against me."
