The weather’s cold and you can’t face venturing outside, but you’re really, really craving cheese. So what do you do?
In years gone by, this would have been a nightmare scenario. But now, you can order cheese to your door, thanks to a new, on-demand delivery service.
Delivery service company Jinn has paired up with The Fine Cheese Co. to create the UK’s first same-hour cheese delivery service.
The service will initially only be available in London, but as Jinn also delivers in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh, we’re hoping they’ll extend the service across the country.
Londoners can pick from a wide variety of cheese products, with single serving cheese plates coming in at £11.95.
Those feeling a littler more extravagant can opt for a hamper starting from £105, including cheeses such as creamy camembert and crumbly cheddar along with a selection of chutneys.
If you really want to impress your party guests, select the Classy Hamper (£360), complete with Bollinger, whole truckles of stilton and cheddar, salted caramel chocolates and more.
