A newspaper claims that Cheryl Cole's nephew is being bullied at school because of allegations made in her autobiography.
The Mirror reports that the unnamed schoolboy is being 'picked on' and 'taunted' after Cheryl branded his mum a drug user in her book, My Story.
The paper claims that some members of her family are angry and say the singer is cashing in on her sister Gillian's 'alleged drug battle' and that her son, who they say is 'too young to be named' is 'paying a price'.
Cheryl, 29, writes in her book that her sister turned to drugs to cope with the shock of learning the identity of her real father.
Cheryl tells of the day her mum Joan Callaghan assembled her children - Cheryl, then 11, Garry, seven, Andrew, 14, and Joe, 18, in the kitchen of their council house in Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne to break the news to them. Gillian, 15, had already run away after hearing the revelations from a friend.
In an interview with The People this weekend, Emma Stanner, the girlfriend of Cheryl's brother Andrew said the family were angry about Cheryl's tell-all tome, and the effect it has had on her nephew.
"He's got to go to school with everyone saying, 'Your mam used to be a druggie.' I just can't believe where Cheryl is coming from," she said. "She can say all this about others but nobody else can say anything about her."
Emma, 31, has a three-year-old son, Che, with Cheryl's brother, who she is bringing up alone as Andrew is in prison for his role in an armed raid on a post office.
She said she did not think her boyfriend was very pleased that Cheryl had written about the family.
"I don't think Andrew was very happy. People in the prison got a copy for him. She's going on like she tried to help him, blahdy, blahdy, blah, when she hasn't," she said.
"I don't think Andrew even asked her to help him. But then for her to turn around and say that she offered and that he'd like knocked it back. It's just not true.
"His criminal past has been in the papers before but not his personal life. I would have thought she would have had to get in touch with him to publish stuff like that. He wishes someone could have asked if she could publish it."
