Super easy to make and perfect little edible gifts, these puddles of milk chocolate are scattered with pretty sprinkles ready to catch the eye of your Valentine.

Ingredients:
200g good quality chocolate
Various valentine sprinkles, freeze-dried raspberry pieces also work well
Instructions:
1. Cover a baking sheet or large chopping board with cling film, and clear a space in your fridge that it will fit into flat.
2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces then place in a heat-proof bowl and either melt over a ban of simmering water, or in short bursts on full power in the microwave.
3. Using a spoon or bowl with a spout carefully pour the chocolate to form even-sized puddles across the surface of the prepared board. I did mine about 5cm across but you could do them bigger.
4. Scatter the surface of each with valentine sprinkles, then pop in the fridge to set. Package them up in greaseproof paper in little boxes and keep in the fridge until you're ready to give them away.
