‘Star Trek’ actor Chris Pine has reportedly been arrested for DUI in New Zealand.
The 33-year-old actor was busted at a sobriety checkpoint where he reportedly blew a .08 in the test, which is the minimum for being legally drunk.

Chris had apparently been partying at The Blue Pub Inn with his girlfriend Iris Bjork Johannesdottir and a group of fellow actors before the arrest.
The incident took place on 1 March and New Zealand laws mean Chris has to appear in court voluntarily on Monday.
If he fails to do so, a judge can issue a warrant for his arrest.
In an interview with NZ publication The Press, the pub’s landlord stated Chris “seemed fine” before leaving at around 2.30am.
"It was a really good party. It was really well controlled. Chris was really good,” he explains. “They were a good crowd, the whole lot of them."
"A lot of locals outside got a photo with him."
Police have released an official statement regarding the matter.
"A 33-year old American national was stopped during a routine drink-drive operation near Methven, Mid-Canterbury, early on Saturday morning, March 1,” it reads.
"He has been charged with driving with excess blood alcohol and will appear in the Ashburton District Court on Monday 17 March.
"Given that the matter is now before the court, police will not be releasing any further information."
Chris has been filming his upcoming movie ‘Z For Zachariah’ in New Zealand alongside ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’ actress Margot Robbie.
