Christopher Maloney is now deemed far more likely to win the 'X Factor', after the exit of former show favourite Ella Henderson on Sunday's show.
His victory odds were slashed when Ella was booted off after a sing-off against James Arthur, and the judges took the decision of whom to send home to deadlock.
The Liverpudlian singer, mentored by Gary Barlow, has seen his odds shortened to 6/1 with bookmakers Ladbrokes.
Christopher and Jahmene Douglas are the only two acts remaining who have yet to be in the bottom two.
Ella's odds of elimination were 33/1 and her exit upset not only her mentor Tulisa, who called the young star's exit "absolutely ridiculous", but fans of the show across the country.
Meanwhile Rylan Clark remains an outsider at 25/1, with Union J at a more likely 12/1. James Arthur remains popular with Ladbrokes, with odds of 5/2, despite falling out of favour with voters this weekend.
Ladbrokes have also put 'The X Factor' being cancelled at short odds of just 5/1.
