A woman has been led to safety by firefighters after a fire broke out in a block of flats in Hackney, east London.
Around 80 firefighters were called to Harry Zeital Way in Clapton at 10.40pm on Monday.
Balconies from the ground to the fifth floor were were destroyed by the fire, while part of the roof was also damaged, the London Fire Brigade (LFB) said.
The woman was rescued by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus from the first floor of the building. No injuries have been reported.
The fire is now under control, the brigade said on Tuesday morning, but firefighters remain at the scene.
The LFB received 70 calls about the blaze, with fire crews from Stoke Newington, Homerton, Bethnal Green, Islington, Holloway, Shoreditch and surrounding fire stations all attending the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
