Colin Farrell has spoken of his terror of having sex the first time sober, once he'd completed rehab.
The Irish actor cleaned up his lifestyle in 2005, and admits it was intimidating conducting his personal life without the influence of drugs and alcohol.
He tells US Elle Magazine,“I made love to a woman about two-and-a-half years after I got clean, and it was one of the most terrifying moments of my life.
“It was in the afternoon. The windows and the curtains were open. It was lovely, and to be crass, it wasn’t f—. She was very gentle. But it was terrifying. Because I was just used to drunkenness and dark rooms and clubs and toilets and wherever.”

He has also expressed his regret over the infamous sex tape he made with a Playboy Playmate.
The reformed wild young man opened up on the tape he made with Nicole Narain in 2005, which soon went viral, telling the magazine:
"It certainly wasn't a validation of my prowess. The whole thing was horrifying. You know, press record. Taboo. Isn't this interesting?"

The popular Irishman, who went into rehab soon after, added that his biggest fear was that his mother would view the contents of the the tape by accident...
"I was deposed for four hours explaining why I didn't want it to be released," he said. "God forbid it's an on-demand movie in a hotel room and my mother says, 'Oh, I haven't seen this work of my son's,' and hits purchase."
