Making cookies isn't that difficult really - unless you want the absolute, masterpiece, perfect cookie. Then it gets a bit tricker.
But now one man has a solution. Ben Krasnow has built a machine which is able to mix a perfect amount of ingredients every time. If you want to adjust it, you can do so with a computer - but once it's set, you won't want to mess with it.
Unfortunately the machine doesn't actually bake the cookie, or help you work off the calories afterwards. But if a version of this could be built into something a bit smaller and consumer-friendly, it might be the last piece in the puzzle that can make bread machines actually useful.
