Known as the 'Toddler Chef', mum-of-three Fiona knows only too well the struggle parents face when trying to get their children to eat fruit and vegetables.
In her Cooking for Kids video series, Fiona shares some of her favourite easy-to-make recipes from her book, 25 Foods Kids Hate (And How To Get Them Eating 24), which have transformed her own children's eating habits and those of countless others at her workshops.
Each of her recipes focuses on a food that children often struggle with.
