Details have been announced about Tina O’Brien’s upcoming return to ‘Coronation Street’, and it sounds like karma might be about to get her character, Sarah-Louise Platt.
MORE 'CORRIE':
Sarah-Lou famously put her mum Gail through the ringer through her years of adolescence - particularly when she announced that she’d fallen pregnant at the age of 13 - and it's been revealed that her own teenage daughter, Bethany, has turned into a “wild child”.
Sarah’s return to the cobbles later this year will get off to an eventful start, with Bethany arriving in the Rovers Return and immediately tricking one of the street’s residents into buying her a drink, despite the fact she’s just 14 years old.

An insider told Digital Spy: “It's a strong return for Bethany and a real taste of what's to come! She seems much older than her years and is sure to be a handful.”
Tina’s return as Sarah-Louise was announced back in October, with the actress saying at the time: “I am delighted to be returning. Sarah has a lot of history and unfinished business on the street and I’m looking forward to finding out what she’s been up to and why she’s returned home.”
Her character’s comeback, seven years after leaving Weatherfield to start a new life in Milan, is set to ruffle a few feathers on the street, in particular those of her mother and her ex-boyfriend, Todd.
Since leaving ‘Corrie’, Tina has starred in ‘Waterloo Road’ and appeared as a contestant on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
