‘Coronation Street’s Sally Webster is set to walk down the aisle again, as soap fans will see her partner Tim Metcalfe propose in the coming weeks.

According to The Sun, Tim will be on the receiving end of a ribbing from his pals, including Sally’s ex-husband Kevin, who jokes that he should have asked permission first.
A ‘Corrie’ insider told the paper that the pair’s nuptials will be the “wedding of the year in soapland”, adding: “Sally doesn’t do things by halves. Now she’s going to be the centre of attention she’s going to make sure everyone is looking at her. She’ll want to make sure everyone is talking about it for weeks to come.”
Actress Sally recently backed her character’s pairing with Tim, admitting she didn’t want to see her reunite with ex-husband Kevin after actor Michael Le Vell returned to the Street.
