Couple Announce Baby Joy With Hilarious Rap Video
|

A couple have announced the birth of their much-wanted baby by creating a hilarious rap video.

In the stylish black-and-white video - which is inspired by Toyota's Swagger Wagon ad - Lincoln and Jalene Taylor, 26, do their best 'swagger' moves as they recite a resounding chorus of: 'Where my baby's at?'

The couple, from Utah, U.S, said they thought up the idea for the video as a way to keep their morale up despite 16 months of infertility and a miscarriage when they were trying for a baby.

The clip sees Jalene and Lincoln - who refer to themselves jokingly as 'Jalincoln' - rapping about 'turning [their] party of two into a three-man show'.

Lincoln, looking the part in a backwards cap and grey hoodie, shimmies his shoulders and throws his hands in the air like a rapper as he and Jalene rap: "Where my baby's at?"

Then he asks his wife: "No seriously honey, where is the baby?"

"It's right in here, see?" she says, pointing to a sonogram.

"Oh, cool beans," he says with a grin.

The couple said that they were devastated when Jalene became pregnant thanks to fertility treatment, only to discover later that they had a miscarriage.

So when they found out they were finally expecting, they knew they wanted to do something special for their pregnancy announcement.

"We didn't want to announce our pregnancy like everyone else," explained Jalene. "We waited a long time for this baby, so we wanted the announcement to be awesome."

The couple's rap has so far attracted nearly 40,000 views on YouTube since it was posted on Monday.

The couple are expecting their baby in May 2014 and we wish them all the very best.
