A dad has turned his garden into a Olympic-style luge track - much to the joy of his two children.
After a long cold winter many of us are now wishing for hot summer days, but Joseph Colangelo, has found a way to ensure his children don't suffer from the winter blues.
He transformed his flat garden into a downhill sledding track with some creative snow sculpting and then filmed the fun as he sent his son and daughter whizzing along the track on a bright blue sled.
Joseph shared the video of his children (and a few adults) enjoying the track on YouTube and it has now been viewed more than 175,000 times - so we imagine these tracks will be a common sight in gardens both here and in the US on the next snow day.

Joseph's sledge track is certainly impressive, but he isn't the only father to build something more original than a climbing frame in his garden.
Last year a grandfather-of-two, from Stonham Aspal, built a 135ft monster water slide in his back garden, and a dad-of-two who 'couldn't think of a single good reason to say no' to his son's request for a rollercoaster spent 300 hours constructing one behind his house.
