David Beckham Gets His Miami Vice On For Hilarious 80s-Inspired Sketch With James Corden

Nice mullet.

The 80′s revival starts here.

If anyone can pull off a brilliant white suit and a mullet, David Beckham can.

Or maybe not.

The football star donned the eighties-tastic get up when he spent a couple of hours of downtime with his mate James Corden.

The pair channeled their inner Sonny and Rico from the 80’s show Miami Vice in a sketch for James’ Late, Late Show in a nod to David’s preparation for the new season with Inter Miami CF.

The sketch also saw the pair hit the gym for a work out, where David showed off his impressive skipping skills.

James less so.

Earlier this week, David shared side-by-side photos on Instagram, showing him strike a pose in the same style as a photo-shoot he took part in back in 2005.

David revealed it was his aspiring photographer son Brooklyn behind the camera on this occasion, rather than photographer to the stars Annie Leibovitz.

“Same look, few more grey hairs 15 years on,” David joked. “Having some fun with @BrooklynBeckham recreating this shot from 15 years ago by the legendary @annieleibovitz.”

The shoot was a hit (we think) with wife Victoria, who replied: “This is the best post I have ever seen!!! It is EVERYTHING.”
