David Beckham swapped Golden Balls for tennis balls on Saturday as he melted more women's hearts (if that's possible) by treating his mum to a day out at Wimbledon.

And, of course, there was no queuing in the rain for naff seats for Sandra. Oh no, David scored them seats in the Royal Box on centre court to watch Mikhail Kuskushkin take on Rafael Nadal.

Beckham cut a stylish figure as usual in a fitted beige blazer worn over a white shirt and black and yellow tie. He finished with tailored black trousers, hot facial fuzz and slicked hair.

And, in a super-cute moment, David and his mum can be seen giggling away as they participate in a Mexican Wave. Sigh.

Beckham was also joined by British Olympic medallists Victoria Pendleton, Nicola Adams, Sir Matthew Pinsent, Sir Bradley Wiggins, Amy Williams and Lizzy Yarnold.

Also at the match was England rugby captain Chris Robshaw, England cricketers past and present Phil Tufnell, Andrew Strauss, Stuart Broad and Steven Finn, along with golfer Ian Poulter, boxing stars David Haye and Anthony Joshua, and swimmer Mark Foster.

Andy Murray's mother Judy also joined the stars, and military personnel were there too, marking Armed Forces Day.

According to the Press Association, BBC host Sue Barker introduced each of the guests, and the smiling stars stood and waved to the crowd.

While Beckham got the biggest cheer, representatives from the military were given a standing ovation.

There was also a peppering of film stars at the match, including James Bond actress Gemma Arterton and Star Trek legend Sir Patrick Stewart.

But no one was quite as cute as David.
