Nevertheless Platt was an accomplished footballer who excelled in Serie A with Bari, Juventus and Sampdoria, under Arsène Wenger's first great Arsenal side and at international level for England, whom he won 62 caps playing for.
Now a coach at City, he is even, as the embedded video proves, impressing Sergio Agüero at the age of 46.
