Australia batsman David Warner lasted just 10 balls to the delight of England fans on a comical Ashes debut at Old Trafford.
The controversial left-hander, who missed the first two Tests after punching England opener Joe Root in a Birmingham bar, was greeted by a chorus of boos by the home fans when he stepped out to bat this morning.
And his stay did not last long as he managed just five before edging Graeme Swann behind to Jonathan Trott at first slip.

Extraordinarily, Warner reviewed the decision, which served only to add to the home fans' schadenfreude at his departure as the majority of them waved him off.
It ensured the 26-year-old's place as the pantomime villain of the Australian team was ensured in his first Ashes Test of a 20-cap career.
Warner's incident with Root, in the early hours after the sides' Champions Trophy group match, was described as an "unprovoked attack" by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Cricket Australia responded by ruling Warner out of their Ashes warm-up games before sending him to Australia A's tour of Africa to gain match sharpness.
The left-hander was also embroiled in controversy before the tour when he was fined £3,600 following a heated exchange with Australian journalists on Twitter.
