Michelle Collins has revealed that she “would love” to return to ‘EastEnders’ in the future.

Viewers were shocked last month when Gillian Taylforth made her return to ‘EastEnders’ as Kathy Beale, as part of the soap’s 30th anniversary celebrations, despite the fact the character had previously been pronounced dead in a car crash.

“It hasn’t stopped them writing supposedly dead characters back in the past so I’m sure they could make it work. Everyone seems to be coming back from the dead.”

Since leaving ‘EastEnders’ 16 years ago, Michelle landed a role in ‘Coronation Street’ playing Rovers Return landlady Stella Price.
