Eldhús headed back to Reykjavik on day four of its culinary tour. This time around it was lunch for two Americans, two Londoners and a special Icelandic guest at the Árbæjarsafn museum. The day's chef, Gunnar Gislason works at Dill restaurant and to the surprise of our diners, he served meat and fish in the same dish...

Our special Icelandic guest was a young lady called Hekla who serenaded our visitors with her skills on the accordion and in true Icelandic style everyone took to the floor outside of Eldhús for a little dance.
