Esther Rantzen has been named Tesco Celebrity Mum of the Year - but it was pregnant Fearne Cotton who stole the show at the London ceremony after announcing she's expecting her second child with husband Jesse Wood.
Fearne – who is this year's ambassador for the prestigious supermarket awards celebrating amazing mothers from all over Britain - covered her baby bump in a yellow printed mini dress which she teamed with baby blue heels at the celebratory event at the Savoy Hotel, London, on Sunday night (March 1).
She was joined by a host of other celebrity mums, including Michelle Heaton, Pussycat Dolls singer Kimberly Wyatt, Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe, reality star Danielle Lloyd and Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh.
However, for all the young mums at the event, it was a veteran star who was given the accolade for Celebrity Mum of the Year: 74-year-old Dame Esther Rantzen.
ChildLine campaigner Esther, who recently welcomed her second grandchild and is awaiting the impending arrival of a third, said winning was a 'thrill' and that she will dedicate it to her children.
She said: "It's a big thrill to be given the award of celebrity mum of the year - it gives me a great deal to live up to.
"Actually this award is for my children because I think having a well-known mum can be pretty difficult.
"My son, on parents' day, used to make me walk about 100 yards behind him, hopefully thinking no-one would connect us.
"Kids of celebrity mums have additional challenges, so I am taking this award on behalf of my children."
