Three weeks ago, the Feasts on the Street challenge set 3 teams of novice cooks the challenge of setting up a successful street food business. Now they’ve learned that anyone can cook fresh, healthy food with simple ingredients and a helping hand from Amoy’s noodles and sauces, they’re ready to roll out their menus to the public.
Join us in Camden Market as their customers taste and rate their dishes. The winners need to impress the public and serve a dish that customers would pay for and show expert judge Shelina Permalloo that they’ve picked up some savvy skills along the way.
