1.Selfridges Trafford Ice Rink, Manchester

Expert skaters can sign up to the Super Skate sessions otherwise general sessions for all levels start on the hour for 40 minutes.

4. Edinburgh Ice Rink

Why: Sure to make you think of Christmas fairies and nutcrackers and the like, Edinburgh ice rink is set just beneath the striking Edinburgh Castle and is one of the biggest outdoor ice rinks in Europe!
