Five people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a man was found in a garden, police said.
The remains were discovered by officers searching a semi-detached house in Lynsted Gardens, south-east London, on Sunday.
The identity of the man was still unknown, police said.
Three women and a man have been arrested on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
A 35-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Four of those arrested remain in custody at a south London police station.
A post-mortem examination will take place at Greenwich Mortuary.
