Gary Barlow's hard work organising the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert is about to pay off - she's reportedly making him an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. That's an OBE to the likes of you and me.
We laughed, we cried, and then cried some more watching the triumphant show in front of Buckingham Palace last Monday, and now the monarch is about to say thanks - in a big way.
The Take That star is being lined up for the honour as a personal gift for the concert, his commemorative song Sing and his pop music career.
According to The Sun, the honour will be announced when the Queen's Birthday Honours List is released next Saturday.

A senior Royal source told the paper: "The Queen was delighted with Gary Barlow's brilliant work and dedication. She made it clear he should be rewarded at the first available opportunity.
"Mr Barlow was told of Her Majesty's offer a few weeks ago. He was quite surprised, but he has accepted it."
More than 17.1m people tuned in to watch the pop concert, which featured performances from Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Elton John, Jessie J and a hula-hooping Grace Jones.
And Gary, 41, was clearly proud of his efforts - he said: "Not only were acts having a great time front of stage, the whole of the backstage area were having a good time as well. It was an amazing day for our country."
