With a show called Diva Forever, it was clear from the off that Gemma Collins was not planning to be on her best behaviour in her new reality series.
And sure enough, in Wednesday night’s first episode, The GC more than lived up to her “diva” reputation – but viewers were left unsure exactly what to make of her carry on.
Fans watched on as the former TOWIE star turned up to a photo-shoot four hours late, before another segment saw her kicking off at her agent when he failed to answer the phone to her at 6am.
Elsewhere, we saw her abruptly throwing a camera crew out of her shop claiming she was too busy to film her own reality show, while another moment featured Gemma questioning why she was having to get her own tea.
As reactions poured in online, there were those who were left astounded at quite how rude Gemma was being...
Others questioned whether the show was actually a parody and she was simply playing up to the cameras...
People were not impressed at the way Gemma and boyfriend James “Arg” Argent treated one another either...
But, of course, there were those who unashamedly enjoyed every moment of her acting like a complete diva...
But whatever your opinion of Gemma’s behaviour, somehow we don’t think she’ll be changing any time soon.
