George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin tied the knot at a private ceremony in Venice on Saturday and although there were multiple sightings of the happy couple over the weekend, pictures from their wedding have been kept under wraps... until now.
Hello! magazine has revealed the first picture of George, 53, and his new wife Amal, 36, on their big day, in conjunction with People magazine in the US.
"Marriage feels pretty damn great," George told People. His mother Nina also spoke to the publication and said the couple "radiated love all night," after the ceremony.
It gives us the first glimpse of Amal's wedding dress, designed for her by Oscar de la Renta. George looked dapper as ever in a Giorgio Armani tuxedo suit.
The cover photo has been released just three days after George and Amal said "I do" in an intimate but star-studded ceremony at Venice's Aman Canal Grande resort.
The former mayor of Rome, Walter Veltroni, married the couple in a ceremony that was watched by stars including U2 frontman Bono, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Bill Murray, Cindy Crawford and her husband - and Clooney's best man - Rande Gerber.
After Amal made her first appearance as Mrs Clooney in a flower-embellished Giambattista Valli haute couture dress on Sunday, the lawyer chose a simple cream and navy trouser suit paired with a matching wide-brim hat when the couple made their union official.
The 10-minute civil ceremony took place at Venice City Hall on Monday.
After four-days of celebrating in the Italian city, surely it's honeymoon time now?
Hello! magazine's special wedding issue will go on sale from Wednesday 1 October.
