After a much anticipated week-long build up on social media, Glossier’s new sister brand Glossier Play has arrived.
A cult favourite with millennials, Glossier made its mark on the beauty sphere with its barely-there lip and cheek stains and gel blushes – not to mention the famous jelly cleanser. Glossier Play’s makeup promises the opposite: putting the fun back into getting ready with bold textures, glitter pots and colourful eyeliners. We like it already.
If you love a lashings of glitter and a ‘more is more’ approach, you’ll love this new range – and with prices starting from just £4, it’s tempting to order it all.
There are five products in totally, which can be bought both individually and in bundles, including: 14 shades of a pigmented gel eye pencil, six shades of a high-shine lip vinyls, a glitter gel and brush duo (both can be bought separately), a liquid highlighter in four shades, and a eye pencil sharper.
Glossier says all products are vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and nut-free. However the glitter gels are not biodegradable, HuffPost UK has learned. If you’d prefer glitter that isn’t made from microplastic, check out our guide here.
For avid Glossier fans, you’re in luck as you can also buy the entire collection in a bundle for £53. Here are our top picks from the new range.

Described as comfortable, wearable and long-lasting, Glossier recommends to apply it straight onto skin with your fingertips or use their Detailer brush for a precise finish.
