Mark down the 14 November in your diaries girls, because when the Isabel Marant collection lands in H&M stores you're going to want ALL of it. Fabulous French designer meets Swedish high street retailer? This might be the most exciting collaboration yet. Tres, tres cool.
Marant is set to launch exclusive ready-to-wear lines for women, men and teens AND p.s she's also doing accessories. Like Karl Lagerfeld, Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCartney, Marni and Maison Martin Margiela before her, Isabel will now hold her own by bringing signature edgy-Parisian-cool to H&M stores worldwide.
Of the collaboration, Marant said: "I am flattered by this collaboration: H&M works with the best designers and this invitation is an exciting honour. I aim at creating something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives, with a certain carelessness, which I think is very Parisian: you dress up, but do not pay too much attention and still look sexy. The collection is infused with this kind of easiness and attitude. Everything can be mixed following one's own instincts: my take on fashion is all about personality."
