The model took to the catwalk at the Project Runway 10th Anniversary Season Finale during New York Fashion Week - and blew everybody else out of the water (sorry Jennifer Hudson - you still look good in your all-turquoise number, though).
Heidi's backless dress featured cutout sides and a a knot at the waist. We love.
