International contemporary art fair, Frieze, has returned to London for it's ninth iteration. With 173 galleries from 33 countries showcasing work from over 1,000 artists it's fair to say there's a lot of ground to cover and a lot to see.

The work splits between the sculpture park (a collection of work available for the general public to see outside in Regent's Park), the Frieze Projects (eight specially commissioned artworks), and the gallery stands themselves which are as varied (both in terms of content and quality) as they are numerous.
The uncontested star of this year's show is a little hermit crab who has made his home in a replica of Brancusi's Sleeping Muse and spends the festival roaming around a curiously alien aquarium.
Elsewhere you will find a mixture of the fascinating, the hideous and the bland - which category you assign each work will largely depend on your own preferences and how far along the road to an artificial-light-and-low-blood-sugar induced headache you are!
