Australian actress and singer Holly Valance is pregnant with her first child. The baby news was revealed as Holly lost an injunction to stop an Aussie magazine publishing pictures of her relaxing on a yacht in Italy sporting a baby bump.
The former Neighbours star is three months pregnant with husband, millionaire property developer Nick Candy's baby.
Holly failed to stop the pictures being published in Australia's biggest weekly glossy Women's Day after a New South Wales judged ruled 27,870 advance copies of the magazine had already been sent out to subscribers and another 70,000 had gone to press.
In his ruling Justice Michael Pembroke said, "If the objective of the plaintiff is to protect her own opportunity to reveal the fact of her pregnancy at a time of her choosing, then that opportunity has been lost by the events which have occurred," the judge said.
